We believe the body has an innate ability to balance and heal itself given the right circumstances. This is something we can strive towards together.

Who are we?

Joanne’s background of science and a west coast upbringing has given her a very grounded, practical approach to life and work. Her greatest interest is how our systems work on the energetic levels. She has found working with these subtle energies to be very powerful and effective.

Her interest in nutrition, mediation, yoga, listening and understanding people, gives a well rounded balance approach to health and well-being.

She believe the body has an innate ability to heal and repair given the right circumstances. Muscle testing enables our ability to communicate with the body to identify what these needs are and how to meet them.

Through personal experience, she has found kinesiology to make significant changes to health and well-being, so much so that she decided to retain and offer this to others.

Joanne has practiced massage including, CORE fascial release, therapeutic, Indian head, Thai foot massage, reiki and kinesiology for over 11 years.

Kinesiology is a powerful, effective therapy that identifies and balances the emotional, nutritional and physical needs of your body – great for treating the root cause of a problem rather than just the symptoms.

It can help with a wide range of problems that we face in day to day life such as

• stress triggers,
• brain function and co-ordination,
• insomnia,
• neck pain and headaches,
• muscular aches and pain

Certain muscles are related to specific organs and acupuncture meridians. We evaluate the relationships between them using a gentle technique called muscle testing. This identifies any imbalances in the body.

To bring equilibrium to the body we use techniques from eastern and western therapies including; site specific pressure points, emotional stress release tools, massage, the meridian system and chakras, brain co-ordination, nutritional sensitivities and acupressure.
